Napriek z\u00e1sadn\u00fdm zmen\u00e1ch v\u00a0postaven\u00ed \u017eien v\u00a0spolo\u010dnosti m\u00f4\u017eu tak\u00e9ho kult\u00farne podmienen\u00e9 vzorce spr\u00e1vania pretrv\u00e1va\u0165 a\u00a0prispieva\u0165 nielen k\u00a0p\u00e1chaniu n\u00e1silia na \u017een\u00e1ch, ale i\u00a0jeho tichej tolerancii.<\/p>\n<p>Napriek tak\u00fdmto trad\u00edci\u00e1m a\u00a0st\u00e1le pretrv\u00e1vaj\u00facim rodov\u00fdm rozdielom v\u00a0spolo\u010dnosti v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina mu\u017eov svoje man\u017eelky a\u00a0partnerky nebije a\u00a0net\u00fdra.\u00a0 Ak\u00e9 s\u00fa teda faktory ved\u00face k\u00a0tomu, \u017ee sa z\u00a0dan\u00e9ho \u010dloveka stane n\u00e1siln\u00edk? Snahu o\u00a0vysvetlenie, pre\u010do niektor\u00ed \u013eudia p\u00e1chaj\u00fa n\u00e1silie, predstavuje socio-ekologick\u00fd model vyvinut\u00fd Svetovou zdravotn\u00edckou organiz\u00e1ciou.<\/p>\n<p>Socio-ekologick\u00fd model<a title=\"\" href=\"\/Users\/Pietruchova\/OneDrive\/VaW\/KMC\/e-learning\/Zakladny%20kurz_MPSVR.docx#_edn1\">[i]<\/a> zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje komplexnos\u0165 s\u00fahry medzi jednotlivcom, jeho\/jej vz\u0165ahmi a\u00a0rodinn\u00fdm prostred\u00edm, komunitou a\u00a0spolo\u010dnos\u0165ou a umo\u017e\u0148uje t\u00fdm pochopi\u0165 rad faktorov, ktor\u00fdch kombin\u00e1ciou sa \u010dlovek st\u00e1va p\u00e1chate\u013eom n\u00e1silia alebo jeho obe\u0165ou. Prekr\u00fdvaj\u00face sa kruhy v modeli ilustruj\u00fa, ako faktory pri jednej \u00farovni ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa faktory na inej \u00farovni. Tento model z\u00e1rove\u0148 nazna\u010duje, \u017ee prevenciu n\u00e1silia je nutn\u00e9 vykon\u00e1va\u0165 na viacer\u00fdch \u00farovniach s\u00fa\u010dasne.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #622423\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Individu\u00e1lna \u00farove\u0148<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prv\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 identifikuje biologick\u00e9 (vroden\u00e9) faktory a osobn\u00fa hist\u00f3riu jednotlivca, ktor\u00e9 zvy\u0161uj\u00fa pravdepodobnos\u0165, \u017ee sa niekto stane obe\u0165ou alebo p\u00e1chate\u013eom n\u00e1silia. Tieto faktory v\u00a0pr\u00edpade dom\u00e1ceho n\u00e1silia m\u00f4\u017eeme rozdeli\u0165 na<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Psycho-patologick\u00e9 faktory,<\/strong> teda vroden\u00e9 alebo z\u00edskan\u00e9 psychick\u00e9 poruchy ako poruchy osobnosti napr. bipol\u00e1rna porucha, narcisizmus, depresia a\u00a0pod.;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Soci\u00e1lno-patologick\u00e9 faktory<\/strong> ako n\u00edzke vzdelanie, ekonomick\u00fd stres ako je strata zamestnania alebo obe\u0165 t\u00fdrania resp. zneu\u017e\u00edvania v detstve;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Osobnostn\u00e9 faktory <\/strong>ako je n\u00edzke sebavedomie, agres\u00edvne alebo delikventn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vanie (v mladosti), alkoholizmus alebo drogov\u00e1 z\u00e1vislos\u0165, hnev a t\u00fa\u017eba po moci a kontrole vo vz\u0165ahoch;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Postojov\u00e9 a\u00a0hodnotov\u00e9 r\u00e1mce<\/strong> ako je siln\u00e9 presved\u010denie o\u00a0striktn\u00fdch pr\u00edsnych rodov\u00fdch rol\u00e1ch prisl\u00fachaj\u00facich mu\u017eom a\u00a0\u017een\u00e1m v\u00a0rodine a v\u00a0spolo\u010dnosti. Silne maskul\u00ednna v\u00fdchova a\u00a0u\u010denie sa n\u00e1siliu ako demon\u0161tr\u00e1cie mu\u017eskej sily sp\u00f4sobuj\u00fa, \u017ee niektor\u00ed mu\u017ei si svoju moc potrebuj\u00fa dokazova\u0165, posil\u0148ova\u0165 a upev\u0148ova\u0165.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>K\u00a0naj\u010dastej\u0161\u00edm faktorom patr\u00ed alkoholizmus a\u00a0ekonomick\u00fd stres; pod\u013ea v\u00fdskumov<a title=\"\" href=\"\/Users\/Pietruchova\/OneDrive\/VaW\/KMC\/e-learning\/Zakladny%20kurz_MPSVR.docx#_edn2\">[ii]<\/a> bola tretina a\u017e polovica p\u00e1chate\u013eov alkoholikmi a\u00a0takmer p\u00e4tina nezamestnan\u00fdch.<\/p>\n<p>Strat\u00e9gia prevencie a\u00a0pr\u00e1ce s n\u00e1siln\u00edkmi na individu\u00e1lnej \u00farovni musia by\u0165 navrhnut\u00e9 s\u00a0oh\u013eadom na tieto faktory. K\u00fdm pri psychol\u00f3gii je nutn\u00e1 terapia a\u00a0lek\u00e1rska starostlivos\u0165, pri ostatn\u00fdch faktoroch sa tr\u00e9nuj\u00fa vzorce spr\u00e1vania ako je zvl\u00e1danie agresie a\u00a0hnevu,\u00a0asertivita a\u00a0nen\u00e1siln\u00e9 rie\u0161enie konfliktov, ako aj zmena postojov k\u00a0\u00falohe \u017eeny v\u00a0rodine a\u00a0spolo\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #622423\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Vz\u0165ahov\u00e1 a\u00a0rodinn\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148<\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Druh\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 kladie d\u00f4raz sa bl\u00edzke vz\u0165ahy, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 riziko v\u00fdskytu n\u00e1silia ako obete alebo p\u00e1chate\u013ea. T\u00fdmto prostred\u00edm s\u00fa najm\u00e4 rodi\u010dia, pr\u00edbuzn\u00ed, priatelia a\u00a0rovesn\u00edci (\u201epartia\u201c). V\u00a0pr\u00edpade rodiny je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdm faktorom tak v\u00fdchova jednotlivca, formovanie jeho postojov a\u00a0n\u00e1zorov, ako aj mo\u017en\u00e1 sk\u00fasenos\u0165 s\u00a0n\u00e1sil\u00edm a\u00a0zneu\u017e\u00edvan\u00edm z\u00a0detstva napr. v\u00a0rodi\u010dovskom alebo pr\u00edbuzenskom vz\u0165ahu. V\u00a0tejto rovine\u00a0 ide teda o\u00a0soci\u00e1lne u\u010denie a\u00a0medzigenera\u010dn\u00fd prenos hodn\u00f4t, postojov ale i n\u00e1siln\u00e9ho spr\u00e1vania.<\/p>\n<p>Prevencia v\u00a0tomto pr\u00edpade mus\u00ed by\u0165 zameran\u00e1 na rodinu a\u00a0soci\u00e1lne prostredie p\u00e1chate\u013ea, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017ee napom\u00f4c\u0165 k\u00a0zmene jeho postojov a\u00a0spr\u00e1vania.<\/p>\n<h5>Komunitn\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148<\/h5>\n<p>Tretia \u00farove\u0148 sk\u00fama postoje a\u00a0r\u00e1mce v\u00a0komunit\u00e1ch ako je \u0161kola, pracovisko, obec a in\u00e1 komunita, v ktor\u00fdch sa vyskytuj\u00fa spolo\u010densk\u00e9 vz\u0165ahy a sna\u017e\u00ed sa identifikova\u0165 charakteristiky t\u00fdchto nastaven\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa spojen\u00e9 s obe\u0165ami \u010di p\u00e1chate\u013emi n\u00e1silia.<\/p>\n<p>Strat\u00e9gia prevencie na tejto \u00farovni s\u00fa zvy\u010dajne navrhnut\u00e9 s dopadom na soci\u00e1lne a fyzick\u00e9 prostredie ako je zni\u017eova\u0165 soci\u00e1lnej izol\u00e1cie, zlep\u0161enie ekonomick\u00fdch podmienok a\u00a0b\u00fdvania, presadzovanie rodovej rovnosti a s n\u00edm spojen\u00e9 procesy a postupy v\u00a0\u0161kolskom prostred\u00ed a na pracovisku.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #622423\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Spolo\u010densk\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148<\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>T\u00e1to \u00farove\u0148 reflektuje \u0161ir\u0161ie soci\u00e1lne faktory vytv\u00e1raj\u00face ur\u010dit\u00e9 prostredie, v ktorom je n\u00e1silie odsudzovan\u00e9 a\u00a0postihovan\u00e9, alebo naopak, tolerovan\u00e9 a\u00a0prehliadan\u00e9. Medzi tieto faktory patria aj spolo\u010densk\u00e9 a kult\u00farne normy, ktor\u00e9 podporuj\u00fa n\u00e1silie ako prijate\u013en\u00fd sp\u00f4sob rie\u0161enia konfliktov.
