Ak zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e pri vzniku pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru poru\u0161il tento z\u00e1kaz, uch\u00e1dza\u010d o zamestnanie m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo na primeran\u00fa finan\u010dn\u00fa n\u00e1hradu.<\/p>\n<p><em>Z\u00e1konn\u00edk pr\u00e1ce<\/em> bol nesk\u00f4r doplnen\u00fd v ustanoven\u00ed \u00a7 13 <em>Z\u00e1konom o rovnakom zaobch\u00e1dzan\u00ed<\/em> (Antidiskrimina\u010dn\u00fd z\u00e1kon) a to tak, \u017ee zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e je povinn\u00fd v pracovnopr\u00e1vnych vz\u0165ahoch zaobch\u00e1dza\u0165 so zamestnancami v s\u00falade so z\u00e1sadou rovnak\u00e9ho zaobch\u00e1dzania.
