Aims of EO

Aims and objectives of HP Equal Opportunities 
  1. Gender equality

Objective 1.1
• Increase of employment and reduction of unemployment of women at the labour market.
• Reducing the difference in employment rates and unemployment rates between women and men.

Objective 1.2
• Increase of the participation of women at the labour market through measures for reconciliation of work and family life (among the measures are included the childcare facilities and care for species dependent, multifunctional centres for reconciling work and family life).
• Reduction of the gap in employment rates of women with children and men with children.

Objective 1.3
• Reduction of the gender pay gap between women and men.
• Increasing the skills of women and men in sectors where there is a high concentration of women and men (gender desegregation).
• Increase in the share of women in self-employment and their position in the governing bodies of business entities.

Objective 1.4
• Reduction in the risk of poverty among women (especially in retirement).

Objective 1.5
• Reducing numbers of victims of domestic violence, particularly women.
• Increasing the number of services for victims of domestic violence.

    2. Disability

Objective 2.1
• Reduction of specific unemployment rate of people with disabilities.

Objective 2.2
• Increasing the number of barrier-free and safe accesses to the public, social, educational, health infrastructure and infrastructure employers.
• Increase the availability of people with disabilities to information services.

Objective 2.3
• Adapting education to the needs of disabled persons in terms of integration among the healthy population.
• Increasing rates of graduates of education.

   3. Age

Objective 3.1
• Increasing employment rates for senior citizens (through skills development).
• Increasing the employment rate of women seniors.
• Increasing the participation of seniors in lifelong learning.

Objective 3.2
• Reduce the unemployment rate of graduates aged 15 to 24 years.
• Increasing rates of graduates high school and university.

  4. Anti-discrimination

Objective 4.

• Improving the mechanisms of non-discrimination in relation to disadvantaged groups.

Objective 5.
• Increase the rate of application of long-term unemployed in the labour market.
• Increasing the skills of people with low education.
